Paul Clinton Walker, 91, of Hixson passed away peacefully on June 15, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He served in the Navy during World War II and then the Army. He worked as an electrician with Lawson Electric and retired from the City of Chattanooga as the Chief Electrical Inspector. He was a member of Central Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ida Beene Land; his father, Thomas Walker and his brother, Frank Dahl. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Anna Jeannette; son, Ronnie (Sharon)...

Paul Clinton Walker, 91, of Hixson passed away peacefully on June 15, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He served in the Navy during World War II and then the Army. He worked as an electrician with Lawson Electric and retired from the City of Chattanooga as the Chief Electrical Inspector. He was a member of Central Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ida Beene Land; his father, Thomas Walker and his brother, Frank Dahl. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Anna Jeannette; son, Ronnie (Sharon) Walker; daughter; Diana (Darrell) Hill; niece, Angelica Griffey Tumer (her children Erica and Douglass); sister, Marietta Pennington; his loving grandchildren, Jeremy (Robin) Grant, Clint (Krissy) Walker, Anna (Robby) Portwood; great-grandchildren, Lilly and Cooper Grant, Brice and Brody Portwood and many special nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. The family will also receive visitors from 9 to 11 am prior to the service at 11 am on Tuesday, June20, 2017 with Minister David Schonhoff and Minister John Cupp officiating. Committal service to follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements are held by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
